Thom Sharp Thom has been playing paintball since 1990. In those early years, Thom had to travel to the Sacramento area just to find a field and other players. Thom and his brother, Jeff, became interested in the tournament side of the game and that's how Team Rip came into existence. Thom and his wife, Debbie own Maximum Paintball Supply and Maximum Paintball The Field.
Our staff is responsible for everyone's safety and for enforcing the rules.. but as you can see, they are also great at giving instructions to anyone interested!
Applicants must be able to work every Saturday and Sunday.

Frankly, this guy surprised us. This is his first job but he clearly knows what's going on and is confident to try anything we throw at him.
Alex is great with parties that sign up at TheField. He is extremely nice, helpful, and easy to talk with (especially for new players).
